Jayasurya starrer action thriller film John Luther is all set to release on May 27. Jayasurya's post on the release is currently gaining attention on social media. Jayasurya has shared the promo poster of the movie. The poster looks like a Breaking News saying Circle Inspector John Luthor will take charge on May 27.

Newcomer Abhijit Joseph directs the film. Thomas P. Matthew produces the film under the banner of Alonza Films. Robbie Varghese Raj is the cinematographer.
The trailer for the before released film had also gained attention on social media. The trailer, which is full of mysteries, shows the unexpected accident and the events that take place around it. Edited by Praveen Prabhakar, the film has music by Shaan Rahman. Chief Associate Director of John Luther is Jibin John.
Jayasurya's last film was Mary Awas Suno. Directed by Prajesh Sen; the film stars Manju Warrier and Sivada in other important roles. This was third film of Jayasurya and Prajesh Sen after Captain and Vellam.
