Jisshu Sengupta has charmed his way into the hearts of moviegoers not just in Kolkata and Mumbai but also in the South. He's been making all the right noises playing a variety of characters over the last few years. Jisshu's natural acting ability has gained him high appreciation from both reviewers and spectators.
The ever-busy actor has previously been in a number of South films, including Chiranjeevi's 'Acharya,' Nithiin, Rashmika Mandanna's 'Bheeshma,' Nani's 'Shyam Singha Roy,' and 'Thalaivii.' And now, it's being said that the veteran actor is also a part of the much-talked-about 'Sita Ramam,' starring Dulquer Salmaan and Mrunal Thakur.
"Yes, he is a part of 'Sita Ramam,' but we can't reveal anything about his character," a source close to Jisshu told us. What we can tell for now is that the character he is portraying plays an important role in the story, and Jisshu is very excited to be a part of it. The rest will be revealed in the film on August 5. He is very excited to collaborate with filmmaker Hanu Raghavapudi."
In addition to Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, Rashmika Mandanna, Sumanth, Tharun Bhascker, Gautam Vasudev Menon, Prakash Raj, and Jisshu Sengupta play significant parts in 'Sita Ramam.' The film will release in theatres on August 5.
