Jayam Ravi has been keeping mum about his role in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan. According to reports, he will play the role of Arulmozhi Varman, who is fondly known as Ponniyin Selvan. The entire team of Ponniyin Selvan is currently in Orchha, Madhya Pradesh, shooting some important sequences. Aishwarya Rai, Trisha, Chiyaan Vikram, Karthi, Prakash Raj, and Jayam Ravi have been shooting in this schedule. According to Jayam Ravi's series of tweets, he has completed shooting his portions for Ponniyin Selvan. Without mentioning the film's name or director Mani Ratnam's name, he thanked them.
