While on the outside she looks chirpy and full of life, Jacqueline Fernandez also has an altogether different side of herself. Even though she did not talk much about it before, Jacqueline Fernandez is ready to come out now. In an interview with an entertainment website, Jacqueline reveals taking therapeutic help when she feels low.
“ I think those (dull) days happen all the time. It is also because we are in an industry where every day there is speculation or rumors, and then there are social media. You have access to so much information on what people think about you, say about you, it is on a public platform. So we have those days too but I don’t verbalize it but sometimes just having people around is nice. I might not tell them about my problems, I rarely do except with my therapist. But at the same time, just having people around you forget about these problems. It is good and important to have people around. For the longest time, I haven’t had people around. I literally lived on my own, I have learned to deal with issues on my own. But now with people around, it is settling and peaceful for me.”
Before too, Deepika Padukone and Anushka Sharma are among others who opened up about dealing with similar issues. Deepika also runs a foundation called 'Live Love Laugh' which specifically helps people struggling with mental issues. Nowadays more and more people come out and talk about their mental health in order to break the societal taboos around it.
