Popular cricketer Irfan Pathan got into the shoes of an actor recently. He got a chance to work with Chiyaan Vikram, right with his maiden venture. Tentatively called Vikram58, the film's shoot is currently happening in Chennai. Already, Irrafan completed shooting for his first schedule and is very happy about it. He shared the same happiness with his fans.
The left-arm pacer posted his picture from the sets and wrote, " Greetings (Vanakkam) All... Thanks to all Tamilians for helping my first step in acting... The first schedule completed successfully... I'm waiting to see everyone again.." Film's director Ajay Gnanmuthu also expressed his happiness on working with Irrfan and wrote that he can't wait for Irrfan to get back on the sets.

Irfan and Vikram are yet to shoot together though. The fans are eagerly waiting to see the talented actor and another talented cricketer locking horns on the big screen.
Star composer AR Rahman is scoring the music for this high budget action thriller. Lalit Kumar is bankrolling this film under his banner 7 Screen Studio, in association with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures. The makers will announce more details about the rest of the main cast, very soon.
