Starring Noorin Sharif, Rahul Madhav, and Anish Rahman in lead roles, the film ‘Santacruz’ hit the theatres today (July 1). The film is written and directed by debutant Johnson John Fernandes. The film tells the story of 'Santacruz', a dance troupe based in Fort Kochi.
Raju Gopi Chitteth produces the film Santacruz under the banner of Chitteth Film House.
Indrans, Aju Varghese, Kiran Kumar, Major Ravi, Sohan Seenulal, Arun Kalabhavan, and Afzal Achal are the other main characters in the film. Director Johnson John Fernandez told 'Santacruz' is not just about a dance troupe. He said in an interview that the film tries to convey more than the story of a dance troupe. “I had everything in my mind while writing the film. It has everything in it from dance and many other themes. I’m really happy with the results. And I hope you will also like the film;” said Johnson John Fernandes.

Cinematography for Santacruz is by S Selvakumar. Editing is done by Kannan Mohan.
