Salman Khan who launched Sooraj Pancholi into Bollywood is back once again to share the first look of Pancholi's upcoming film. Salman took to Twitter today to share the poster of Hawa Singh starring Sooraj Pancholi in the titular role of the iconic boxer Hawa Singh. Captain Hawa Singh won a gold medal for the heavyweight category at the Asian Games of 1966 and later in 1970. He also won National Championships 11 consecutive times from 1961 to 1972, earning him great fame.
Sooraj Pancholi made his debut in the industry with the film Hero which was co-produced by Salman Khan alongside Subhash Ghai. Prakash Nambiar will be directing Hawa Singh and the film is jointly produced by Kamlesh Singh Kushwaha and Sam S Fernandes. There is no release date for the film yet.
Sharing the poster for the film Salman tweeted saying, " Hawa se baatein karega Singh. #HawaSinghBiopic." Soon after Salman shared the poster Sooraj Pancholi retweeted his mentor's tweet and captioned it saying, "Won't let you down, sir!"
Sooraj Pancholi had earlier hinted at the release of the teaser poster last week. The actor shared a video of himself boxing and had captioned it saying, "Coming soon." Fans of the actor finally know what he was referring to.
