Congratulations to SS Rajamouli's RRR, which created history on January 10 at the 2023 Golden Globes in Los Angeles. For the uninitiated, the film itself and the RRR song, "Naatu Naatu," were both nominated for Best Foreign Film and Best Original Song. At the prestigious ceremony in Los Angeles, Kala Bhairava, M. M. Keeravani, and Rahul Sipligunj took home the Best Original Song prize.
Along with the actors Jr. NTR and Ram Charan, SS Rajamouli attended the 2023 Golden Globe Awards. Their families were also present. Ram Charan posted a photo of the red carpet to Instagram. He captioned,

Jenna Ortega, the star of the Netflix series Wednesday, presented the award to Keeravani. He opened his address by saying, “I’m very much overwhelmed with this great moment”. He continued, “This award actually belongs to someone else. I was planning not to say those words when I get an award like this, but I’m afraid I’m going to repeat the tradition because I mean my words.” He expressed gratitude to SS Rajamouli, the song's lyricist, animator, and programmer.
The movie was put forward for the Best Picture - Non-English Language award. The competition included Decision to Leave, Argentina, 1985, Close, and All Quiet on the Western Front. The RRR song "Naatu Naatu" received a second nomination in the category of Best Original Song - Motion Picture. 'Carolina' from Where the Crawdads Sing, 'Ciao Papa' from Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, 'Hold My Hand' from Top Gun: Maverick, and 'Lift Me Up' from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever were all in competition with the song.
The movie collected a lifetime Hindi box office receipt of Rs. 274.31 crores, according to the reports.
