Prithviraj Sukumaran and Nayanthara starrer Gold, directed by Alphonse Putren, will delay again. Listin Stephen, one of the producers of the film, announced on Facebook that the release will be after all the work and the first copy is received. Alphonse announced that the film's release date was supposed to be on Onam and had been pushed back.
"The new release date will be announced after all the work is completed and the first copy of the film is ready for our production. Like you, we are eagerly waiting to announce the new date," Listin wrote on Facebook.
"Gold" is the film directed by Alphonse Putren after "Premam". Starring Prithviraj and Nayanthara in lead roles, the film will be a thriller-genre entertainer. Prithviraj Productions and Magic Frames produce the film.
Apart from directing, the film's screenplay, editing, visual effects, and color grading animation titles are handled by Alphonse Putren himself. After a long gap of six years, the film directed by Alphonse Putren is reaching the audience. Rajesh Murugan is composing the music for the film. The cinematography of the movie is done by Anand C. Chandran and Vishwajith Okukum. Costumes are done by Sameera Saneesh.
