Gisele Bundchen revealed how she does not like to get addressed as a stepmom.
Gisele married to the American football player, Tom Brady. Tom shares a 12-year-old son, John “Jack” Edward Thomas, with his previous wife, Bridget Moynahan. Gisele and Tom share two kids of their own. They have a 10-year-old son, Benjamin Rein and a 7-year-old daughter, Vivian Lake.
Gisele took to answering questions on her Instagram. She talked about her social life, her career, and how she balances everything. She also went a step ahead and answered questions about her personal life and about being a parent.
On Instagram, she faced a question which asked her how she felt about being a stepmom to Brady's son. In response to the post, she revealed that she does not like the word stepmom. She doesn't like to get called a stepmom. She stated, "I don’t like the word ‘stepmom.' I like the word ‘bonus mom’ because I feel like it’s a blessing in my life. I feel so lucky that I got to have an extra wonderful little angel in my life."
Another question asked her how she maintained a family and social life. The curious fan wanted to know how Tom and Gisele manage to maintain a balance in their life since they are always "busy."
Gisele replied, "I don't think there's a secret recipe. I think we just try our best to be present with the kids when we are with the kids and be fully there with them, really listening to them. It's not so much the amount of time. I think it's the quality of time.”
Together, Gisele, Tom, and their wonderful 3 children make a beautiful family. You can always find them supporting Tom at his games and it is a heartwarming sight.
