It is often considered as one of the best loves stories made in the last decade. The film also enjoys a cult following among the Tamil audiences. Now, 96 is being remade into Telugu as Jaanu, with Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni as the main leads.
The shooting of Jaanu has been successfully wrapped up and the post-production works are going on in the full swing.
