Fahadh Faasil acted in nearly three films during the Covid-19 pandemic. Back in May, his film C U Soon hit the web, which was followed by Irul and Joji. Meanwhile, many reports emerged that the Film Exhibitors United Organisation of Kerala (FEUOK) are planning to ban him as he acted in a few OTT releases. Also, they had apparently requested Fahadh Faasil not to act in many Over The Top (OTT) platforms if he want his upcoming films to release in theatres. The FEUOK has now released a statement saying there is no ban on Fahadh.
The statement from FEUOK read, "We have seen reports on news channels about FEUOK banning films of Fahadh Faasil in theatres. This is quite baseless. The organization has no issues with Fahadh Faasil or the films he has acted in. The organization maintains good relations with everyone."FEUOK general secretary Sumesh Joseph told an entertainment portal, "This is not true. We had called Fahadh a month ago to speak about the OTT releases. He has agreed that there will not be too many of them. There has definitely not been any ban on the actor."
