According to reports from March of this year, Prabhas collaborated on a supernatural action thriller with RRR producer DVV Danayya and director Maruthi of Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. Prabhas is eager to explore supernatural space with this one and has committed around 100 days for the filming. On this eagerly anticipated movie, we now have another update. The movie's director, Maruthi, has started pre-production work and set the filming schedule as well.
Also, the film's producer, DVV Danayya, has stated that the production will begin in September and that all of the filmings will take place in India. He also stated that the leading woman of the movie is still being cast and that the name would be finalized in another 10 days. He reveals, however, that they haven't contacted any Bollywood actors for the role of the female protagonist.
SS Rajamouli directed DVV Danayya's most recent film, RRR, which starred NT Rama Rao Jr., Ram Charan, Alia Bhatt, and Ajay Devgn. Prabhas, meantime, has a compelling slate of movies coming out soon, including Om Raut's Adipurush, which also stars Kriti Sanon and Saif Ali Khan, Nag Ashwin's Project K, which stars Deepika Padukone and Disha Patani, and Prashanth Neel's Salaar, which stars Shruti Haasan.
