Now, Netflix has now announced a reality game show modeled on the Squid game. Netflix says anyone around the world can attend this reality show. There will be 456 contestants in the competition. The game realities show 'Squid Game the Challenge' is open to anyone over the age of 21. The competition will be held in early 2023. Netflix also offers the opportunity for those who wish to participate in the competition to submit an application. Netflix has announced a prize pool of US $ 4.56 million (Rs. 35,57,21,268) for the winner of the contest.
Announcing the context, Netflix wrote on Twitter: “Do you want to play a game? Enter to join Squid Game: The Challenge at http://SquidGameCasting.com”
Netflix said in a statement that no one will be injured in the competition.
Squid Game was one of Netflix's highest-grossing series of 2021. The series was well-received by the Indian audience who watched a lot of Korean films.
The theme of the series revolved around bringing together specially selected people to play games and killing the losers in the game. Only one winner gets a large cash prize. Netflix also decided to give more prominence to Korean content. This is after the success of the Squid game in the Survival Drama category.
