On Monday, Rashmika Mandanna and Dulquer Salmaan attended a launch ceremony to unveil the trailer for the forthcoming Telugu movie Sita Ramam. Rashmika Mandanna, Mrunal Thakur, and Dulquer Salmaan play the lead characters in the Hanu Raghavapudi-written and directed film.
Dulquer Salmaan declared after the premiere of the trailer that Sita Ramam will be his final romantic movie. Be a result of being referred to as a romantic hero, he stated, "I was starting to think I shouldn't do any more romantic movies as I am being known as a romantic hero.
I couldn't say no when Hanu sir approached me and told me this tale. I thought, "Okay, one final romance movie." The narrative was so lovely, magnificent, and eternal and so classic. One last, one for the ages."
Afreen, a Muslim from Kashmir, is a character that Rashmika Mandanna plays in a cameo. She claimed that when the director handed her Afreen, she was really anxious. The actress said, "A wonderful narrator is needed for a beautiful love story like Sita Ramam, and I became it. I'm hoping I did it well and that you everyone will enjoy the movie and my role."
Sumanth, Tharun Bhascker, Gautham Menon, Bhumika Chawla, Vennela Kishore, and Murali Sharma are among actors that appear in Sita Ramam. This love tale between a soldier, portrayed by Dulquer Salmaan, and his lady love, played by Mrunal Thakur, is told in a romantic drama set against a backdrop of war.
The film is presented by Vyjayanthi and produced by Ashwini Dutt and Priyanka Dutt under the banner of Swapna Cinema. The much-anticipated drama is set to premiere on August 5 of this year.
