Five days ahead of his next directorial Popcorn Monkey Tiger's release, director Suri has let out the details on his female leads in the movie. Three newbies, Niveditha, Sapthami Gowda and Amurtha Iyengar are playing the important roles in this film which stars Dhananjaya as the lead hero.
Popcorn Monkey Tiger deals with the three different stages of a young man. He meets three different girls in those stages. Nivedita is playing the role of Devi which is a pivotal character in the film. Her character arc changes parallelly with the lead hero's role. Speaking about the role, Niveditha says that Devi is a bold and emotional role who has seen various hardships in her life.
Sapthami Gowda played the role of Girija in the movie. The makers want to keep this role as a secret and want the audience to watch it in theatres itself. But we hear that it is a new age character which is quite bold.
Amrutha Iyengar has played the role of a middle-class girl named Sumitra. He has no clarity on her life and confused about what she wants to do. It is a typical middle-class girl character whose aspiration after completing studies is only to get married.
