There is no doubt that the song Karabuu from Pogaru has become a sensation. The song starring
Dhruva Sarja and
Rashmika Mandanna has over 31 million views on YouTube. The makers are gearing up to come out with a Telugu version. Pogaru is going to be a bilingual film (Kannada and Telugu). The Pogaru team hopes to win the hearts of the Telugu heartland with the Telugu version of the hit song.
Chandan Shetty penned the lyrics to the Kannada version. He also lent his voice to the hit song. On the other hand, the Telugu version’s lyrics are written by Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar. Bhaskarabhatla Ravi Kumar has over 125 films to his credit. Anurag Singh will sing the song. His recent track Ramuloo Ramulaa, from
Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, is one of the most popular songs right now.
The Pogaru team has completed the post-production work for the film. They have two songs more to finish and the film will be ready to hit the theatres! Nanda Kishore is the film’s director and BK Gangadar the producer.
While Dhruva Sarja and Rashmika Mandanna are taking on the lead roles, Dhananjay, Mayuri, Ravi Shankar, Chikkanna, and Kuri Pratap will appear in supporting roles. Rumour has it the climax sequences are action-packed. Bodybuilders Kai Greene, Morgan Aste, Johan Lucas, and Jo Linder will make their appearance in those action-packed scenes!
