Everyone is already aware that Chiyaan Vikram's son Dhruv Vikram is making his debut with the Tamil remake of Arjun Reddy, called Aditya Varma. Earlier, this film's shoot took place in the direction of critically acclaimed filmmaker Bala but as the producers expressed their dissatisfaction over the output, a lot of changes took place and a new director Girisayya came on board to helm the megaphone.
The entire film was reshot and the shoot got over in a less number of working days. The film is currently gearing up for a grand release soon. The film's initial release date was in the last week but due to a delay in getting the censor clearance, the makers pushed the film's release to the coming Friday. Apart from acting, Dhruv also crooned a song and penned rap for Edharkadi. For the maiden film, Dhruv is ready to exhibit his multiple skills. Edarkadi is a direct adaptation of Arjun Reddy's song, Telisene.
Bollywood actress Banita Sandhu has acted as the female lead in this film. The makers are confident that the movie becomes a hit and Dhruv gains a big name in the Kollywood movie industry for his performance.
