Dhanush's Naane Varuven Sets Up An Epic Clash With Ponniyin Selvan With September 29 Release

Directed by Selvaraghavan, ‘Naane Varuvean’ is touted to be a psycho thriller and Dhanush plays dual roles in the movie. Going by the teaser, Dhanush is playing both the hero and villain. The first single from the film is also out, titled Veera Soora. Dhanush was most recently seen in the blockbuster feel-good drama 'Thiruchitrambalam.' He also has the Tamil-Telugu bilingual 'Vaathi/Sir,' which will release on December 2nd. The film will be released on September 29th, making the weekend a huge one for Tamil cinema since Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan will also release on September 30th.
