Soundarya Rajinikanth and Vishagam Vanangamudi turf the knot in a traditional Hindi ceremony on February 11 at The Leela Palace in Chennai. The wedding was attended by Tamil Nadu CM Edappadi K Palaniswi, Deputy CM O Panneerselvam, Kamal Haasan and others.
The wedding, followed by a reception and cocktail night which had Mukesh Ambani, Nita Ambani, Kajal, Boney Kapoor and others in attendance.
The high point of the reception was the impromptu performance of Kolaveri Di from Aishwarya Dhanush’s 3. Dhanush and Anirudh Ravichander sang the song and kept the audience on their feet.
Dhanush introduced Anirudh Ravichander as a composer in 3 and ever since there is no looking back. Today he is one of the most sought after composers in the industry.
Earlier, a video of Rajinikanth shaking his leg to Oruvan Oruvan Mudhalali from Muthu went viral on social media.
