Deepa Venkat, The Voice Of Aiswarya Rai In 'Ponniyin Selvan', Shares Her Experience Working For Mani Ratnam’s Magnum Opus

'Ponniyin Selvan,' Mani Ratnam's magnum opus, will be released in theatres on September 30. Vikram, Jayam Ravi, Karthi, Trisha, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Vikram Prabhu, Prabhu, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Sarathkumar, Parthiban, and Prakash Raj are among the cast members. While the other actors represent historical figures, Aishwarya Rai plays Princess Nandhini in the film.

As many people know, Aishwarya Rai requires a voice artist in the film for her dubbing, and actress Deepa Venkat has agreed to provide her voice for Nandhini's role. Deepa Venkat, an actress, is also a well-known voice artist. She has been lauded for being Nayanthara's voice. Deepa Venkat took to Instagram to share a poster of Aishwarya Rai from 'Ponniyin Selvan,' writing, "What do I say about this? Going to Crescent Avenue and entering Madras Talkies' studio is like coming home. Warm, warm smiles and enjoyable conversations with technicians and office personnel." She discussed her dubbing experience and the hurdles she had while playing Nandhini. "Except you have no idea what hurdles await you when you enter the dubbing suite," Deepa remarked. But every time I leave this studio, I feel overwhelmed and fulfilled. Being a part of films like 'Kannathil Muthamittaal,' 'Guru,' 'Cheliya' (Telugu adaptation of 'Kaatru Veliyidai,' 'Chekka Chivantha Vaanam,' and now 'PS-1' has enriched me in ways I can't even imagine.
