Salman Khan's upcoming Dabangg 3 wants no obstacle in its way from becoming a super hit. Keeping that in mind the filmmakers alongside Salman Khan's own production house released a statement early this morning. The post read, "Keeping everyone’s sentiments in mind we have voluntarily edited certain scenes from the song ‘Hud Hud Dabangg’ (sic).”
The scene in question is from the music video of Hud Hud Dabbang. The scene contained a few sadhus and sages dancing and playing the guitar in the background of the song. An organization called Hindu Janjagruti Samiti raised an issue regarding the same and asked the censor board to have those scenes removed.
Salman himself responded to this controversy recently during the film's promotions. He said "It (Hud hud Dabangg) is our song since the beginning. People are just trying to get two minutes of fame by linking themselves with us. They try to gain some publicity out of it and they get it too. Fans also support them. So, it's good. I don't have any issues with it."
Dabangg 3 is releasing on December 20 and stars Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha in lead roles. The film had directed by Prabhu Deva.
