Composer Santhosh Narayanan reviews Karnan

Director Mari Selvaraj made his debut with Kathir and Anandhi with Pariyerum Perumal, which received a lot of appreciation from critics and audience alike. Pariyerum Perumal managed to impress not just Tamil audience but also people from other states. After Dhanush watched Pariyerum Perumal, he was mighty impressed with director Mari Selvaraj. He was so impressed with the filmmaker that he immediately signed a film with him. The film, which will explore the struggle of a person in a village, is titled Karnan.

After wrapping up the film, Karnan is currently in the post-production stage. While doing re-recording for the film, composer Santhosh Narayanan watched the film and appreciated the makers.
