Coronavirus has become the sole worry for the majority of countries across the globe at the moment. The virus borne disease has already affected millions of people and killed a few thousand. The global pandemic has also affected some celebrities. American actor Tom Hanks was the first celebrity to confirm testing positive for Coronavirus with his wife Rita Wilson.
Now pop star and singer Cardi B thinks that some celebrities who have confirmed testing positive for the virus are being paid to lie. The eccentric singer said that some of these celebrities have no symptoms of infection by the virus and are simply faking it for money and fame.
The singer released a video in which she says, "We keep seeing these basketball players say like, 'Yeah, I have the coronavirus but I don't get no symptoms'. So how the f**k am I supposed to know when I am supposed to get tested for it?!"
"Y'all n***s is playin' with me. That's my problem right there. Cause y'all not really saying what it is. And it's like, alright, so tell me what it is and what it ain't. I'm starting to feel like y'all n**s is payin' n***s to say that they got it, " added Cardi.
She concluded the video saying: "If y'all are paying n***s to say that they got it, pay me too! Pay me too! Okay? S*t, 'cause I'm trying to get paid."
Many fans rejected Cardi B's conspiracy theory, but some on the internet have embraced it. Other stars who have contracted the virus include Idris Elba and wife Sabrina Dhowre.
