Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva, starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt, is due to debut in Taiwan on December 2 after achieving popularity in India. The announcement was made by the film's creators alongside the release of the Taiwanese-language poster. This will be the first Indian movie to play in Taiwan's Imax theatres.
The movie, which was directed by Ayan Mukerji and made by Karan Johar's Dharma Productions, also stars Mouni Roy and Amitabh Bachchan. Nagarjuna and Shah Rukh Khan made cameo appearances. Brahmastra was released in India on September 9 and was a smashing blockbuster from the start. At the Indian box office, the movie's original Hindi version earned a total of Rs 257.44 crores.
In addition to Hindi, the film was also released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. It experienced numerous delays over its seven-year production period. The second and third parts of this trilogy have already been revealed by the creators.
Ayan had previously stated that the second part of the film will be, “a lot more dramatic and juicier and a lot more clash oriented. I think that part two will just be more of everything, you know, more scale more VFX more Astras more drama modules.”
