The vehicle is powered by a 3907 cc, four-cylinder 4D34i diesel engine. It produces 170 bhp of power and 520 Nm of torque. The transmission is a six-speed manual. Mohanlal's caravan is also made by Ojas Motors in Kothamangalam, which has made vehicles for many movie stars.
