Arya's Teddy to release in Disney+ Hotstar on March 12

After the success of Tik Tik Tik, director Shakti Soundar Rajan has joined hands with actor Arya for a new film. The film titled Teddy has Arya's real life wife Sayyeshaa playing the female lead. Though the film was wrapped up long ago, it couldn't see the light of the day due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. Now, there's an official update regarding the release date of Teddy.. According to the announcement, Teddy will release directly on Disney+ Hotstar on March 12. Announcing the same, the makers released the film's trailer.

Arya shared the film's trailer and wrote, "Join me, Sayyeshaa and our ’lively' third-wheel Teddy, in our journey to find the truth behind a medical mystery. Will a talking teddy prove to be Man's best friendTeddy bear? Witness a bizarre exchange between a loner and a toy bear as they solve medical mysteries against all odds. #TeddyTrailer Out Now! Disney+ Hotstar Multiplex presents #Teddy streaming from 12th March." The film, which was extensively shot in Azerbaijan, also features Karunakaran, Magizh Thirumeni and Sakshi Agarwal.
