Nishabdham wanted to opt for the digital release as the film failed to hit the screens on the scheduled release date of April 2nd. The report further stated that Anushka is forcing him not to opt for a digital release. The movie team has officially responded to these claims this morning. The team of Nishabdham asked people not to believe in baseless rumors. They have further added that they will give an official announcement if there is any major development.
In an official press note, the makers of Nishabdham stated, "From the day one of shoot till date, our stars & technicians have been pillars of support to us through good & bad times, especially Anushka Shetty garu. Please do not believe in any baseless rumors you come across. If there is any major development, we shall announce it officially."
The concerned media report stated that the producer of Nishabdham is facing a loss of Rs.50 lakh per month due to the postponement of the release. It also stated that a digital platform offered a big amount to acquire the rights of the film. When the producer was about to buy, it seems that Anushka stopped him from selling the film. The report stated that Anushka is troubling the producers in this case. Thus, the makers had to come out and clear all the air.
