Anushka Sharma reveals the first look poster of her next production venture Bulbbul, which will premiere on Netflix on June 24

Even though Anushka Sharma is staying away from acting for a long time, she is making a regular presence as a producer. Recently, she bankrolled the web series Paatal Lok. This series got premiered on Amazon Prime Video last month and got an amazing response from critics as well as the audiences. Now, Anushka announced her new production venture. This is a web film called Bulbbul which will be out on Netflix on the 24th of this month. Anushka has also released the first look poster of this movie.

By sharing the poster, Anushka tweeted, "Here's your first look at #Bulbbul. A fantastic tale about self-discovery, and justice, wrapped in lore, mystery and intrigue, coming soon on @NetflixIndia. Can't wait to share more! @OfficialCSFilms #KarneshSharma #AnvittaDutt @manojmittra #SaurabhMalhotra." According to the sources, Bulbbul is the story of Satya and his brother's child bride Bulbbul. Satya goes to London to pursue his higher studies. Upon his return, he finds out that Bulbbul is serving other people as his brother is not looking after her. Meanwhile, there is also a mysterious woman who is making her presence felt in the village. Satya takes on a mission to unravel the hidden truths of that village. Anushka Sharma is bankrolling the project under her banner Clean Slate Films. Avinash Tiwary, Tripti Dimri, and Rahul Bose are playing the lead roles in this film. The teaser, trailer, and the other details of this film will get announced soon.
