Anurag Kashyap Sees RRR Earning An Oscar Nomination This Year

Anurag Kashyap, the noted Bollywood filmmaker, has heaped praise on SS. Rajamouli's film 'RRR.' During promotional interviews for his upcoming film 'Dobaara,' the filmmaker predicted that 'RRR' has a good chance of making the list of Indian Oscar nominations this year. The director also explained that because 'RRR' had won America's hearts like never before and left a lasting impression in Hollywood, he assumed that the Jr. NTR and Ram Charan's film had a 99% chance of being nominated for an Oscar this year.

He also mentioned in his interview that the western audience liked the Jr.NTR and Ramcharan's film, which we had never heard of, according to 'Black Friday' filmmaker.

'RRR,' written by V.Vijayendra Prasad, is an epic action drama film starring NTR.Jr, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Shriya Saran, Samuthirakani, Ray Stevenson, Alison Doody, and Olivia Morris.

The film, which premiered on March 25, 2022, became the third highest-grossing Indian film of all time.
