Actors Akshay Kumar and Manushi Chillar have arrived in Varanasi. This is as part of the promotion for their forthcoming film "Samrat Prithviraj." Akshay rushed to Instagram on Monday afternoon to share his joy at being at the holy site.
"Samrat Prithviraj ki team Aaj aa Phuchi hai Bhagwan Vishwanath Ji ki Nagri, Varanasi Mein," he wrote. Akshay also shared a picture with Manushi from the airport.
Chandraprakash Dwivedi directs the film Samrat Prithviraj' . 'Samrat Prithviraj' revolves around the life of legendary warrior king Prithviraj Chauhan.
Earlier, the title of the film had changed. The film titled 'Prithviraj' has changed. The film is now titled 'Samrat Prithviraj.' A letter issued by Yash Raj Films confirmed the news. This is after Shree Rajput Karni Sena filed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) against the title of the film.
