Akshay Kumar donated Rs 3 crore to Mumbai's municipal corporation and Rs 25 crore to the PM-CARES Fund. Akshay came forward to help the country in its fight against the Coronavirus pandemic. Akshay Kumar has now shared the song Teri Mitti on Twitter. The song is going viral now. It is a special version of the Teri Mitti song from his 'Kesari' movie. The song got released to pay tribute to the health workers of the country. The video of the song shows doctors, nurses, and other medical staff fighting against the novel coronavirus and selflessly treating patients suffering from the infection.
This special song also shows pictures of doctors who also got affected by the COVID-19 virus. The video also showed people holding placards that read, "Stop violence against doctors".
"People say that doctor is a form of god, but during the fight against COVID-19, God himself might have taken the form of doctors" wrote Akshay Kumar posting the video which is now trending on the internet. Karan Johar also shared the video and wrote, "A salute to the brave souls and the real heroes, from us to them.#TeriMitti Tribute, song out now".
