Ajith's Valimai First Single To Release On August 2 At 7 pm.

Thala Ajith announced his upcoming film Valimai in early 2019. After a long wait of two years, his fans demanded an update regarding the film. On July 10, producer Boney Kapoor surprised Ajith's die-hard fans by releasing multiple first look posters of the film. Now, it looks like there are back to back updates from the Valimai team. According to the latest announcement, the first single of Valimai will release on August 2 at 7 pm. The film's rights have been sold to Sony Music South.

Reportedly, the song starts with the words, 'Naanga Vera Madhiri'. It is unclear if this is Ajith's introduction song from the film. Earlier, composer Yuvan Shankar Raja said that Ajith's introduction song in the film will be a mass folk number. He had roped in the famous Odisha drummers to work on the song. Valimai is a cop drama directed by H Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor. The film also stars Huma Qureshi, Kartikeya Gummakonda and Yogi Babu in important roles.
