Flush, directed by Aisha Sultana, received three film awards organised by the New Karnataka Film Academy. This was on the occasion of the 72nd birthday of South Indian acting emperor Dr. Vishnuvardhanan. Best Debut Director (Aisha Sultana), Best Producer (Bina Kasim), and Best Camera Man (KG Ratheesh) were awarded. The award will be distributed on September 17.
Directed by Aisha Sultana, the first woman director from Lakshadweep, "Flush" was screened to a packed audience at the International Women's Film Festival. Flash, made with newcomers, got the audience attention that big-budget films with superstars get. Set against the landscape of Lakshadweep, Flash is a film that tells the story of Lakshadweep. It is an artistic and popular film. The film captures the beautiful beauty of Lakshadweep; no film has ever been shot in Lakshadweep with such visual beauty. "My flush film is one of the frames that I have enjoyed a lot. The film flush is one of the things I will never forget in my life," says KG Ratheesh, who operated the camera for the film.
