Abhishek Bachchan Takes A Jibe At His Mom Jaya Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan is gearing up for the grand release of the second season of Breathe: Into The Shadows. The show will premiere on Amazon Prime Video on November 9. The series features Abhishek Bachchan, Amit Sadh, Saiyami Kher, and Nithya Menen. Naveen Kasturia is the new addition to the cast. Recently, the cast and crew of Breathe: Into The Shadows attended a panel discussion hosted by India Today, where Abhishek Bachchan opened up about Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan's response to his series.

Speaking at the India Today Mumbai Conclave 2022, Abishek Bachchan said, "He's [Amitabh Bachchan] biased. Currently, I'm in his good books with my performances. He saw the last season later than it dropped. Eventually, he binge-watched the series. His words, encouragement, and criticisms matter the most. The true testimony that we have made a good thriller is that my mother refuses to watch it. She says she gets scared. We've been busy promoting and he gets excited about everything we put out for the new season. He's invested and excited. My family will wait till midnight of November 8 to watch it, barring my mother. She doesn't like that kind of aggression and violence. So she prefers to go to parliament where none of that happens."
