After the announcement of the third installment of Coronavirus lockdown, there's a lot of need for motivation for people to stay positive. For that, the Bollywood industry is constantly focused on inspiring people to do so and stay safe. The latest Dil Chahta Hai version by Shankar Mahadevan is the proof. The singer recently released the lockdown version of the song which is asking people to stay positive as things will get normal soon.
The song features Aamir Khan who was also there in the original song of the film. As Aamir enters in the video, he says, "My heart wants that anyone who’s suffering in any way finds relief as soon as possible and our ‘chamkile din’ to come back again.” The song is made in collaboration with Berklee Indian Ensemble and is directed by Farhan Akhtar. The actor also makes an appearance in the video and grooves to the music of it. There are a total of 112 musicians, actors, and Berklee students associated with this song.
The Bollywood celebrities are also part of the 'I for India' concert which is focusing on raising money for the COVID-19 support. Even Aamir Khan, Farhan Akhtar participated in the event on Sunday. They urged their fans to donate in order to help the ones in need. Currently, there are more than 45000 cases in the country who are struggling to fight the virus. The lockdown is extended in most parts of the country till May 17.
