As a next stage, Star India petitioned the Delhi High Court to prohibit 18 websites from streaming the movie unlawfully before its premiere.
According to reports, Star India filed a lawsuit for copyright violation. It claimed that it was standard procedure in the industry to first release films in theatres before making them available on other platforms. Additionally, the business claims in its lawsuit that the movie's theatrical premiere is the most crucial phase. Because it determines the movie's commercial value. Following this lawsuit, the Delhi High Court ruled against shady websites. It was blocking the film's unlawful streaming. The Delhi High Court actually ordered the ministry to issue notices requesting internet service providers to block certain websites in its decision.
Ayan Mukerji directed the epic adventure movie Brahmastra. It will be distributed in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. The movie will be available in standard, 3D, IMAX 3D, and 4DX 3D formats globally. The movie also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna Akkineni, and Mouni Roy. There are also cameo appearances by Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone.
