But these are not surprising figures for those who know the openings of Salman Khan's previous Eid releases. Released in 2019, Bharat collected 42.30 crore from India alone on its first day. The 2016 Eid release Sultan collected Rs 36.54 crore, and the 2012 release Ek Tha Tiger collected Rs 32.93 crore in the country on its release day.
