Bholaa Day 11 Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn Faces Limited Opposition From Aditya Roy Kapur's Gumraah

Bholaa, directed by Ajay Devgn, saw an increase in second-weekend box office receipts, bringing in a total of Rs. 72.29 crore nett. The April 7 premiere of the thriller Gumraah provided little to no competition for the Hindi movie, which also features Ajay, Tabu, Deepak Dobriyal, and Gajraj Rao. Gumraah was directed by Vardhan Ketkar. It starred Ronit Roy, Mrunal Thakur, and Aditya Roy Kapur.

Trade expert Taran Adarsh tweeted,

The Hindi movie is a remake of Kaithi, a Tamil film by Lokesh Kanagaraj (2019). Two holiday weekends have helped the movie. It was launched on March 30 over the extra-long Ram Navami holiday, and this past weekend was a long three-day Easter weekend. Gumrah, in which Aditya plays a dual role for the first time, failed to pique viewers' interest in the murder mystery. Strangely, both movies are remakes of recent South American blockbusters. As Salman Khan's Eid film Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan opens in theatres on April 21, Bholaa enjoys an additional nearly two-week run at the box office.
