Bholaa Box Office Collections Day 2: Ajay Devgn's Movie Struggles On Day 2; Must Now Hold Up During The IPL Season

Bholaa, a dark action thriller starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu, saw a dramatic drop in ticket sales on Friday after debuting on Ram Navami on Thursday. The movie, which debuted at Rs. 11.20 crore, brought in Rs. 7.40 crore on Friday. Ajay Devgn, who also serves in the position of director, also stars in it.

Film trade expert Taran Adarsh shared the movie's second-day take on Twitter, writing,

Ajay is a recently released prisoner in Bholaa, and Tabu plays an IPS officer. Sanjay Mishra, Deepak Dobriyal, and Gajraj Rao all have significant parts in the movie. It is a remake of Lokesh Kanagaraj's Tamil film Kaithi, which he wrote and directed. After Drishyam 2, Bholaa is Tabu and Ajay's most recent film together. When Ajay Devgn took over as director, Tabu admitted to PTI in an interview that she entirely gave up control. She said, “I entered this film with my eyes closed. I knew I had to do a lot of action, he made everything easy. I knew I had to completely surrender in front of him. I can trust him and that he will send me home scratch free. Ajay and the action team worked hard and made things easy for me. They have expertise in action that I don't think anyone else has. I did whatever I had to on basis of their instructions... I don't think I ever thought I will be able to do this level of action and I want to thank him”.
