Arjun, Satya and Srihan open the most recent episode by talking about his conflict with Revanth. Revanth is counseled by Baladitya to restrain his aggression. Arohi is informed by Surya that other housemates may eventually criticize their collective play and draw attention to their friendship.
The second-week captaincy task, which requires all of the housemates to take care of their baby dolls and complete the challenges, is then announced by Bigg Boss. Once the buzzer sounds, the first five competitors—who each keep their baby dolls in their individual prams in the garden area—become candidates for captain. The competitors are required to perform necessary tasks for the doll prior to Bigg Boss' announcement. Arohi was chosen as the fifth candidate by Baladitya out of the four captaincy candidates.
The following challenge requires the competitors to use a sack race to place various shapes on their separate boards. Chanti finished the task and rang the bell first while Revanth complained about Faima during the game. During the game, Abhinaya Sri supported Faima's strategy despite Revanth's rant. Revanth was upset that Geethu had hidden his toy, so he threw it in the "lost and found" area and left.
Later, Shani tells Revanth that Geethu was the one who hid the doll. His doll was left in the storeroom by Revanth. Chanti afterwards emerged as the initial candidate for captain.
Faima asked Revanth for assistance in the second round since her leg was hurt. Following Baladitya's announcement that the competitor who misplaces their doll will be eliminated from the task entirely, Neha and Revanth got into a violent dispute. When Revanth refused to listen to her, Neha lost her calm. For the following challenge, Arjun, Keerthi, Inaya, Aarohi and Faima were qualified.
Then Geethu took Abhinaya's, but Baladitya found it in the "lost and found" and returned it. However, Bigg Boss decreed that Abhinaya's doll had to be returned. Additionally, Bigg Boss stated that the task would resume the following day and that the competitors should protect their individual dolls in the interim.
