Bigg Boss contestants Gabriella and Aajeedha have tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

Bigg Boss Gabriella, Aajeedh test positive for Covid-19

Gabriella Charlton started her career as a dancer and acted in a handful of films including Dhanush and Shruti Haasan's 3. Gabriella played Shruti Haasan's sister in the film. Years later, she took part in Bigg Boss Tamil Season 4 and walked away with Rs 5 lakh. She is presently shooting for a dance show called BB Jodigal which is judged by Ramya Krishnan and Nakkhul Jaidev. Recently, Gabriella took to Instagram to reveal that she was infected by a coronavirus. She wrote, "Hi makkaley! Inspite of taking all necessary precautions, I tested positive for COVID-19 earlier this week. Thank you for your love. I'm well taken care of and I'm doing okay. Please stay home and stay safe (sic)."

After Gabriella, her co-contestant in Bigg Boss 4 and BB Jodigal, Aajeedh Khalique also tested positive. He wrote, "He Guys! I was tested positive for COVID early this week with almost no symptoms. My health is good with all the prayers. Please do follow all the safety protocols before you step out of your homes and stay safe. Let's hope and pray for this world to return to normal soon! (sic)." Aajedh was the winner of Super Singer Junior. In Bigg Boss, he expressed his wish to become an actor.
