A little altercation between Archana Gautam and Sajid Khan results in the latter promising to ensure that she gets removed from the show. Archana sobs to Priyanka about how they would evict her since Sajid and Karan Johar are pals. After congratulating Sajid on his birthday, Bigg Boss makes the crazy entry announcement. When Fahmaan Khan joins the home, Sumbul Touqeer is ecstatic. While Shalin and Tina are appreciative of his presence, Nimrit notes that this is helping Sumbul feel better.
She squeals with joy and hugs him. He is welcomed by everyone, and Sumbul shows him everywhere. Shalin finds it weird to speak with Fahmaan following the episode with Sumbul. Nimrit discusses Fahmaan. Abdu didn't like it and can detect a trace of jealousy. Tina walks in and remarks on how handsome Fahmaan is. Shalin elaborates on what transpired between him and Sumbul concerning their conversation with her father. Later, during their conversation, Fahmaan urges Sumbul to play alone in order to maintain her mental stability.
Archana has a breakdown the following day and is comforted by her friends. Everyone hears Fahmaan talking, and Abdu's friends perceive that he is depressed. Abdu admits that he is upset at Nimrit's laughter at him when they were discussing Fahmaan. He is reassured by Stan that it was a joke. Salman Khan engages the audience and gets Fahmaan to participate in a game where he pops each contestant's balloon by asking them to identify their misunderstanding. Salman clarifies Sumbul's misunderstandings before telling everyone that Fahmaan isn't a wild card entry and is instead there to promote his new show, "Pyaar Ke Saat Vachan- Dharam Patni."
Fahmaan departs after saying a heartfelt farewell to Sumbul. Shalin alerts Tina to Fahmaan's remark that Sumbul's father is not in the hospital. Tina is astonished by this and notes that Bigg Boss also told her that he took advantage of the chance that was given. The "Tanaav" cast and crew participated in Salman's helium challenge. After they say goodbye, Salman asks Sajid and Archana about their conflict.
